Jenna Roque

Jenna Roque is a paralegal with The Van Dora Law Firm. She provides support for clients throughout the legal process, manages documents and case files, and assists the attorneys in building solid cases.

In guiding clients through the legal process, Jenna takes the time to understand the client’s perspective and emotions and their needs and goals, so she can foster a caring, supportive, and open environment. She is dedicated to prioritizing the client’s best interests in every interaction, and her strong communication skills are one of Jenna’s greatest assets. She wants clients to feel comfortable and tailors her approach to the client’s preference for interactions, using either a more formal or casual approach, depending on the client. Throughout the process, Jenna also makes certain that the client feels informed. She addresses every concern and question accurately and actively advocates for the client, ensuring that their voice is heard.

In her work with the attorneys, Jenna takes pride in her attention to detail and her organizational skills, which are crucial in managing case files and documentation effectively and efficiently. By applying her finely-tuned research skills during case development, she provides valuable insight to assist the attorneys in establishing the strongest case possible for the client. Jenna works collaboratively with the other members of the legal team, as diverse perspectives often lead to better solutions for clients.

Before working as a paralegal, Jenna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Georgia State University. On an ongoing basis, she is committed to her professional development and pursues opportunities to expand her knowledge of legal practices and procedures. When she’s not working or studying, Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter. She also likes to go antiquing and thrifting and spends her quieter moments reading and painting.
